Andrew
We just got a call that Andrew is not having a good day. His stomach is enlarged which could be due to a few things. He may have an intestinal problem and they are doing x-rays frequently and have a surgeon on stand by who is looking at the films in case it gets worse. It is possible that he simply wasn't ready for the amount of feeding he was getting and that the issue will resolve on its own. That is our prayer. Because of those issues he isn't breathing well. They had taken him off CPAP yesterday and can't put him back on it because it can cause air to build up in his stomach. So, they will probably have to put him back on the ventilator. On top of all of that, his head got larger over night, so they are doing the head ultrasound today and think they will need to do a spinal tap to relieve pressure from the brain. So, he has a lot going on right now. Please pray for God's strength for me and Brent and that these issues would resolve without further complication.

We will be praying. We were so excited at how well he was doing. I am sure it will be this way for quite a while. Up and down. We will be praying that he just got too much to eat and his little tummy was full. Will be checking later for an update on the head ultrasound. I wanted to share a verse with you that I got a blessing from the other day in my devotions: Psalm 33:22 "Let thy mercy, O Lord be upon us, according as we hope in thee." The whole chapter is great. It reminds us that God is in complete control, knows what is best for us, and has His eyes on us. Take care. Love to you all, Brenda
Praying for you two, or should I say five. Our great God loves you and loves your little ones. May His grace and power overwhelm you at this time. Please let us know if you need anything. I'm more than happy to make meals or come clean the house...whatever you need. Love you! Melissa McKinnon
Brent and Wendy,
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart. My heart aches for you both. Thank the Lord we have him to lean on. You are all in our prayers.
Love, Beth and family
Dear Andrew. How we are praying for you along with people from Florida to Texas to Maine. People that you will never know or see but yet they love you enough to take the time to pray for you. Yet we have a loving Lord that loves you even more and we are leaving you completely in His hands. He knows what is to be and to think that He knows every hair on that beautiful little head of yours. We are anxious for you to come home, to rock and to maybe spoil just a little! Also praying for your Mom and Dad for strenght that they need at this time. We love you. Nana & Grampy Turner
